1. Introduction

Welcome to VenueWiFi. These Terms and Conditions establish the rules for using our services, promoting fairness and transparency. VenueWiFi is a trading name of Dark Smarts Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16698137), registered office 1 Mariners Reach, Chepstow, Wales.

By using our platform at venuewifi.io or app.venuewifi.io, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use implies your acceptance of these conditions.

2. User Rights and Responsibilities

Users are expected to engage in respectful and lawful behaviour on our platform. You must not use VenueWiFi to send unsolicited communications, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@venuewifi.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Service Description

VenueWiFi provides a cloud-based guest WiFi portal platform for restaurants, cafés and hospitality venues. Venue owners use our dashboard to create branded captive portals, capture guest email addresses, and display promotions when customers connect to WiFi.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services for improvement. Users will be notified of significant changes via email to the address registered on their account.

4. Payment Terms

VenueWiFi is offered on a monthly subscription basis at £49 per venue per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal accessible from your venue dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Privacy Policy

We handle user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using VenueWiFi you agree to our data practices as described therein.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

6. Intellectual Property

VenueWiFi retains ownership of all platform software, design, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, promotion images). By uploading content you confirm you have the right to use it and grant VenueWiFi a licence to display it as part of the service.

7. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to maintain an active subscription.

Upon termination your access to the dashboard will cease. Guest data collected during your subscription period will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and your data deletion rights.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for a period of 30 days before initiating formal proceedings. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in Cardiff, Wales.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
