Who we are

What you’re buying
A one-off Venue Growth Report for the venue you enter, built from publicly available information and the answers you give us. Price £29, one payment. It’s delivered by email as a web link and a PDF. Every report is checked by a person before it’s sent — usually within a few hours, and within one working day at the latest.
What it is
Information to help you improve your venue’s online presence. It isn’t professional, financial or legal advice, and we don’t guarantee any particular result.
Accuracy
We build the report from sources we believe reliable at the time, and we clearly mark anything we couldn’t confirm. Things change, so please check before acting on anything in it.
Your right to cancel
The report is digital content delivered immediately. By buying it you ask us to start straight away and accept that your 14-day right to cancel ends once delivery begins. If we fail to deliver, you’re refunded in full automatically; we don’t otherwise refund once the report has been delivered.
Refunds
If we can’t deliver your report, you’re refunded in full, automatically — nothing to chase. Because the report is produced for you on demand, we don’t otherwise offer refunds once it’s been delivered.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for the report is limited to the £29 you paid. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Your data
We handle your information as set out in our Privacy Notice. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
